RGB Kognitiv Labs operates on an All-Sales-Are-Final basis across all offerings.

• Workforce Diagnostics & Psychometric Assessment Reports: Fees paid for workforce capability gap analysis, cognitive skill mapping, team capability insights, workplace culture mapping, or psychometric/behavioral profiling are non-refundable once access to the assessment tools is generated or diagnostic evaluation work has commenced.
• Consulting & Strategy Development: Payments made for organizational consulting, strategy development sessions, custom framework creation, leadership capability interventions, or tailored corporate workshops are non-refundable.
• Quarterly & Ongoing Engagement Models: For continuous long-term onboarding or multi-quarter workforce development programs, all retainer fees, scheduled installment payments, and quarterly engagement fees are non-refundable once paid or billed according to contract terms.

2. Rationale for Strict No-Refund Terms

Our services involve significant immediate resource allocation, including:

1. Proprietary diagnostic frameworks, assessment tools, and intellectual property access provided at the onset of an engagement.
2. Immediate reservation and scheduling of executive time, industrial/organizational psychologists, and behavioral consultants.
3. Upfront compute, analytical processing, and administrative setup costs required to customize interventions to your organization’s specific structure.

Because these custom services, consultatory hours, and digital diagnostic outputs cannot be “returned” or retroactively reclaimed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including early termination by the client or dissatisfaction with diagnostic findings.

3. Custom Engagements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Retainers

For organizational clients operating under a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW), Proposal, or Master Services Agreement (MSA):

• Initial Deposits & Retainers: All upfront deposits, retainer fees, and commitment fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Milestone & Phase Payments: Once a project phase or milestone payment is made, it cannot be refunded regardless of whether the client completes the full engagement lifecycle.
• Client-Initiated Mid-Project Cancellation: If a client elects to pause, delay, or terminate an active consulting engagement prior to completion, RGB Kognitiv Labs retains all monies paid to date. The client remains responsible for paying for all work, diagnostic assessments, and consultatory hours conducted up to the effective date of notice.

4. Rescheduling & Workshop Availability

While monetary refunds are not granted, RGB Kognitiv Labs understands that corporate priorities shift:

• Consulting & Workshop Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a confirmed workshop, coaching cohort, or diagnostic debriefing session, you must notify RGB Kognitiv Labs in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled date.
• Fees for Late Rescheduling: Requests made less than five business days in advance may incur a administrative re-scheduling fee or the forfeiture of allocated session hours without credit.

5. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks, and Collection

We strive to ensure complete clarity regarding our consulting frameworks and intervention scopes prior to onboarding. Clients are urged to raise any operational or execution concerns directly with their assigned consulting partner. If a client initiates a unauthorized credit card chargeback, payment recall, or bank dispute in violation of this policy:

• RGB Kognitiv Labs reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate active diagnostic access, assessment tools, progress tracking dashboards, and ongoing consulting services.
• Proprietary diagnostic reports, behavioral profiles, and capability planning documentation provided prior to the dispute will remain intellectual property of RGB Kognitiv Labs and may be requested for immediate revocation.
• RGB Kognitiv Labs reserves the right to pursue full recovery of disputed amounts, along with associated legal fees, chargeback penalty charges, and administrative costs incurred.

6. Statutory Exceptions (Consumer Protection)

This No-Refund Policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any jurisdiction mandates a statutory cooling-off period or refund entitlement that cannot be lawfully waived or excluded by contract, such rights shall apply strictly to the minimum extent required by law, while all remaining provisions of this policy remain in full effect.
