These Terms of Service govern access to and use of www.rgbkognitivlabs.com and www.abpiglobal.com, including the websites, LMS functionality, training content, assessments, certificates, resources, tools, communications, and paid services made available through Kognitiv Labs and ABPI.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using either website, creating an account, purchasing a course, enrolling in a training, or otherwise using any service, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies referenced on www.rgbkognitivlabs.com and www.abpiglobal.com.
2. Eligibility
Users must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If an account is created or a service is purchased on behalf of an organization, the individual acting on behalf of that organization represents that they have authority to bind the organization to these terms.

The Services may include business information, training catalogs, LMS accounts, course access, digital learning resources, downloadable materials, live sessions, recorded modules, assessments, certifications, discussion features, and related support functions offered through Kognitiv Labs and ABPI.
4. Account Registration
Users may be required to create an account on www.abpiglobal.com to access purchased or assigned courses. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, ensuring account information remains accurate, and notifying the Company of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
5. Permitted Use
The Websites and LMS may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users must not misuse the services, interfere with platform operations, gain unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, impersonate others, scrape protected content, or violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
6. Educational Nature of Services
Training programs delivered through ABPI are intended for educational and professional development purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, certificates, badges, or completion credentials issued through www.abpiglobal.com reflect completion or participation status only and do not automatically constitute statutory licensure, government recognition, employment guarantees, or independent professional authorization.
7. Pricing and Orders
Course fees, service charges, taxes, subscription fees, or other charges may be displayed on www.abpiglobal.com or, where relevant, on www.rgbkognitivlabs.com. The Company reserves the right to change pricing, discontinue offers, or revise package details at any time before an order is accepted, subject to any applicable legal restrictions.

All materials on the Websites and LMS, including text, graphics, course structure, videos, documents, audio, assessments, branding, logos, interface elements, downloadable resources, and proprietary training frameworks, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of Kognitiv Labs, ABPI, or their licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. No representation is made that the Websites or LMS will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for every jurisdiction, organization, accreditation framework, or professional use case.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages may be excluded, and total liability arising from a claim related to a paid service may be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected service, subject to non-excludable legal rights.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms may state that they are governed by the laws of India and that courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction, unless another forum is required by applicable law or a separate business contract provides otherwise.
13. Changes to Terms
